[python] python 3.4 install xlrd to handle excel .xls file.

$ sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

add below 

deb http://us.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu vivid main universe 

save

then

$ sudo apt-get update

$sudo apt-get install python3-xlrd
